ST. JOSEPH, Minn. (KNSI) The St. Joseph City Council met last night, swearing in the new police chief. Joel Klein took the oath of office.

He's replacing Pete Jansky, who's retiring this month. Jansky has been the police chief since 2001.

Klein has been a full-time officer in St. Joseph since 2004. Before that, he worked as an officer in Albany.
