RICE, MN (KNSI) - The Rice City Council met Monday night and voted to adopt new planning and zoning ordinances and end a moratorium on construction in the city.
That means developers of a new town home project on the west side of Rice can re-apply to proceed with development. The Rice Planning Commission will meet tonight to consider the town home site plan.
Developers were allowed to pour concrete footings without approval of the entire plan last year.
