WILLMAR, MN (KNSI) - The trial date for a Paynesville man charged with murder has been pushed back to September.

Eighty one year-old Delbert Huber is charged in the shooting death of 43 year-old Timothy Larson at a Belgrade area farm. The shooting allegedly occurred when Huber and his son, 46 year-old Timothy Huber, were ordered off the farm belonging to Larson's father.

Judge Michael Thompson set Delbert Huber's two-week trial for September 4th.  Any pre-trial matters will be taken up August 9th in Kandiyohi County District Court in Willmar.

Delbert Huber has been held on five-million dollars bail since the shooting. Timothy Huber is also charged with murder. His next court appearance is August 2nd.
