BROOKLYN PARK, Minn (AP) - A Minnesota judge has found a Missouri man guilty in the shooting deaths of three people at a Brooklyn Park home day care last year.
Hennepin County Judge Todd Barnette issued his verdict Thursday against 35-year-old Eddie Mosley after hearing the non-jury trial that ended last week.
Mosley was charged with first-degree murder in the April 9, 2012, shooting deaths of 59-year-old DeLois Brown, a home day-care provider, and her parents, 83-year-old James Bolden Sr. and 81-year-old Clover Bolden.
Prosecutors argued Mosley drove from his home in St. Louis to Brooklyn Park intending to kill a girl he was accused of sexually assaulting in Minnesota. But the girl was not at Brown's home.
