ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A brief, but frantic search Tuesday morning by St. Cloud oplice after a five year-old girl was reported missing.

The girl walked away from her babysitter at a residence in the 1400 hundred block of Third Street North around 9:30.

St. Cloud police quickly put out an urgent news release to the media asking them to broadcast information on the missing girl. It turns out she was found a short time later by another daycare provider about two blocks away from where she disappeared. A bloodhound tracked the girl's scent up to the area where she was found. Police say the girl was fine, and that no criminal activity occurred.
