Minnesota budget forecast shows $323 million surplus

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A new economic forecast shows Minnesota has a $323 million budget surplus.
The Associated Press obtained the figure Wednesday from a person who has been briefed on the forecast.
The person requested anonymity because state budget officials were not scheduled to detail the forecast until later Wednesday.
