ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) A Monticello man is accused of posing as Pink Floyd band member and racking up as much as $100,000 in unpaid medical bills at St. Cloud Hospital.

Fifty three year-old Phillip Schaeffer was booked into the Stearns County Jail on a possible charge of theft by swindle. Police say Schaeffer came to St. Cloud Hospital April 20 for treatment, claimed he was Pink Floyd band member David Gilmour and didn't have insurance. He was treated and released, but not before signing an autograph for an employee's son.

Hospital security was suspicious about Schaeffer's identity and his medical records were flagged. He returned for treatment several days later. Police confronted Schaeffer and say he admitted his identity and was arrested.
