GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) A Grand Forks man has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for having sex with two mentally disabled girls over a period of two years.
Fifty-six-year-old Gregory Frohlich could have faced life in prison because the victims were younger than 15.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Frohlich transported the girls from Grand Forks to Thief River Fall to have sex with them, beginning when they were 13 years old. He pleaded guilty last October.
