UPSALA, Minn. (KNSI) - A man was injured, but expected to be fine, after driving into a horse early Thursday morning.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says 32 year-old Brock Weber was driving his Ford Escort west on Basswood Avenue in rural Upsala when he crashed into a horse, standing in the roadway.

The crash happened around 4 a.m.

Weber was taken to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls with non life-threatenening injuries.

No word on the condition of the horse.

Upsala First Response and Fire departments assisted at the scene.
