Man fatally shot at Minneapolis party

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Police have arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting at a party in Minneapolis.
Police were called to an apartment building Sunday about 6:30 a.m. Officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound. Paramedics responded. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses in the apartment named an adult male as a suspect. Officers stopped a vehicle that was leaving the area and arrested the suspect. Authorities say the suspect had non-life threatening stab wounds. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.
Police say more than 10 adults and several children were in the apartment where a party was being held.
Investigators say a motive for the shooting and stabbing isn't yet known.
