Man Dragged by Horse after Buggy Tips Over

LONG PRAIRIE, MN (KNSI) - A man was taken to the Long Prairie hospital Wednesday following a horse and buggy accident.
Authorities say Emanuel Byler was in a horse-drawn buggy that tipped over and was dragged by the horse. It happened on Todd County Road 37 south of County Road 10 in Leslie Township.
The extent of injuries and cause of the accident have not been released.
