DEER CREEK, Minn. (KNSI) A man from Deer Creek in west-central Minnesota faces felony charges after allegedly hitting a horse-drawn buggy with his pickup and not stopping.
Authorities say 36-year-old Anthony Swanson admitted he'd been driving that night last week and was extremely tired.
The buggy driver's wife suffered a severely bruised arm and one child had a skull fracture. The buggy driver and another child were not injured.
Swanson's next court appearance is June 17th.
