BUFFALO, MINN. (KNSI) A federal indictment unsealed this week charges a 34 year-old Delano man with robbing the McDonald's in Buffalo on April 24th.
Matthew Sisneros is charged with one count of interference with commerce by robbery, one count of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and one count of possession of an uneregistered firearm.
The indictment alleges that Sisneros took at undisclosed amount of money from the restaurant after threatening violence against the employees with a gun. Sisneros was armed with a 12-guage, semi-automatic, sawed-off shotgun with an obliterated serial number. The shotgun was not registered to him--as required by law.
Sisneros has previous convictions in Hennepin County for aggravgated robbery and check forgery.
