Man arrestted in St. Cloud fights extradition

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A man accused of stabbing to death his wife in their Fargo apartment and arrested in Minnesota is fighting his extradition to North Dakota.
Forty-nine-year-old Henry Deniger Sr. was arrested and charged last week in St. Cloud, Minn., in connection with the apparent stabbing death of his 52-year-old wife, Kathye Deniger in their Fargo apartment.
KFGO reports that Henry Deniger will remain in Stearns County Jail in St. Cloud until Minnesota receives a warrant from North Dakota. The process of extraditing Deniger to North Dakota could take up to 60 days.
