ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police say they arrested a man who allegedly pointed a gun at two people as they rode bikes past the man's home.

Thirty eight year-old Scott Soyka could face charges of second-degree assault for the incident, which was reported Saturday afternoon in the 300 block of 30th Avenue North.

Police say Soyka has a permit to carry a firearm. The 23 year-old woman and 30 year-old man--both from St. Cloud--reported the incident to police after they felt threatened.
