ST. CLOUD (KNSI) - A St. Cloud man is in jail, and will not be allowed back in the Red Carpet, after allegedly punching one of the nightclub's bouncers in the face.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Bure says 22 year-old Brett Yonak was arrested last Friday night just before 11:30 p.m. outside the bar.

According to the report, Yonak was refused entry into the downtown St. Cloud club due to his high level of intoxication, and ultimately punched a bouncer in the face.

The 21 year-old victim did not receive medical attention.

Yonak was booked into Stearns County Jail and faces charges of 5th Degree Assault. He was also trespassed from the Red Carpet.

The St. Cloud Police Department was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol.
