ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A St. Cloud man has been arrested nearly two weeks after an attempted robbery.

St. Cloud police arrested 23 year-old Adam Hinnenkamp Thursday afternoon.

Hinnenkamp is suspected of entering a residence in the 800-block of West Saint Germain on January 12th.

While attempting to steal property, a resident confronted the suspect and an altercation ensued. The resident was cut with a knife by the suspect.

Police identified Hinnenkamp as that suspect, and he was arrested Thursday afternoon outside the Department of Corrections Office at 810 West Saint Germain.

He was being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of first degree burglary and aggravated robbery.
