ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Two people were arrested and a third person faces charges after St. Cloud police were called to a report of a fight in progress at the First Fuel Bank location in the 1700 block of West Division just after 11 o'clock Thursday night.

During the arrests, 26 year-old Michael Todd Saxon began to fight with the officer. Saxon was booked into the Stearns County Jail on charges of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

Twenty four year-old Paul Brian McDonough was cited and released for disorderly conduct and another person at the scene--40 year-old Shannon Mary Obrien--was arrested for giving false information to police.
