ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - A man was arrested on a variety of charges after police say he was found riding a stolen ATV in the middle of the night.

Police say Henry was operating the ATV under the influence of alcohol and that there was an uncased firearm in the ATV.

Henry was arrested and taken to the Sherburne County Jail.

Pending charges against him include, possession of stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm and drinking and driving under 21.

Police say additional charges are possible, pending the investigation.
