ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis unveiled a new city logo during his State of the City Address Tuesday afternoon.

The logo--along with the branding "St. Cloud Greater" will be used in conjunction with the moniker "The Granite City."

Kleis announced during the 45-minute speech a plan to reopen Friedrich Park in east St. Cloud. The park--in east St. Cloud--was closed in the mid 1970s for safety reasons.

Kleis says he'd like to have the park open again within a year. And he also expressed an interest in renovating the Amtrak Train depot on East Saint Germain Street.
