JP's in Sauk Rapids Up for Sale

SAUK RAPIDS, Minn. (KNSI) - JP's Grill and Bar is up for grabs.
The sale of the well-known Sauk Rapids business is being handled by Premier Real Estate of St. Cloud, who posted the property to their Facebook page today.
The building is listed for sale at $729,000.
No word from the restaurant as to why it's on the market.
JP's opened in 2004, and is located just off of Highway 10.
