BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Transportation officials have reopened Interstate 29 between Fargo and Grand Forks in eastern North Dakota and U.S. Highway 83 between Bismarck and Underwood in the central part of the state.
However, they are still advising no travel because of a record-setting snow storm.
The Sunday storm dropped as much as a foot and a half of snow in western and central North Dakota, and lesser amounts in the east. Interstate 94 remains closed from the Minnesota border to the Montana border.
No travel is advised in much of the state.
