BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Transportation Department has opened Interstate 29 from Fargo to Grand Forks.

That stretch of interstate was closed at 11 p.m. Friday due to blowing and drifting snow.

The Transportation Department also has lifted no-travel advisories across the state. No travel had been advised overnight in much of North Dakota.
