ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - The Minnesota Department of Transportation says motorists traveling Highway 23 between Foley and Ogilvie may encounter delays beginning Thursday.

Segments of the highway will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers and pilot cars controlling traffic during a road resurfacing project.

The work should be finished in mid-July, and MnDOT says residences and businesses will remain accessible during construction.
