Highway 23 Back Open in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - Highway 23-Division street is open once again as the pedestrian bridge project over the roadway is finished.

Highway 23 had been closed or reduced to one lane in both directions between Lincoln and Wilson avenues since July 26 as part of a project to reconstruct the pedestrian bridge and work on the roadway itself beneath the bridge.

All lanes opened at 5 AM this morning.

The pedestrian bridge is open to foot, bicycle and wheelchair traffic.
