ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Motorists travelling Highway 15 near County Road 120 in Sartell will encounter rush hour delays as both directions of the road are reduced to a single lane this morning, with the restriction set to last through 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Motorists are advised to plan additional travel time and seek alternate routes for their morning commutes. Motorists should also watch for slow moving or stop and go traffic as they approach and navigate the work zone.
The closures are needed as crews pour concrete for the deck of the new County Road 120 bridge spanning Highway 15.
The work and closures are part of the Highway 15/County Road 120 Diverging Diamond Interchange project. When complete in 2013, the project will increase safety and mobility by replacing the existing Highway 15/Stearns County Road 120 intersection with a full interchange with exit and entrance ramps.
