MENOMONIE, Wisc. (AP) A semi driver has pleaded guilty to a felony charge in a fatal interstate crash that killed another truck driver in Dunn County, Wisconsin.

Twenty-three-year-old Destry Wilson, of Great Lakes, Ill., entered the plea to homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle as part of an agreement with prosecutors. Four other charges were dismissed.

Authorities say Wilson had parked his semi along Interstate 94 without proper lighting last July. A semi driven by 43-year-old Brian Paglusch of Paynesville struck the parked semi and became engulfed in flames. An autopsy determined Paglusch died as a result of the fire, not the crash.

Dunn County District Attorney James Peterson will ask for no more than six months in jail as a condition of probation.
