SARTELL, MN (KNSI) - Some trails in Sartell that have fallen on hard times are about to get a makeover. Last night, the Sartell City Council voted 4-to-1 to make repairs to sections of trail near 2 ½ Street, the Regional Medical Arts area, and near Grizzly Lane.
Sections of those trails are getting a little hard to navigate because of uneven pavement. Other areas of the trails have fallen victim to cracked pavement.
The only "no" vote on the fix-up came from Mayor Joe Perske. He says he's not against the repairs, but he says he thinks they could wait a year or two.
