ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) It could be a sloppy start to the weekend in central Minnesota, as a storm system moves in from the southwest.
The National Weather Service says rain or freezing rain could fall across the area tonight before transitioning to snow tomorrow.
Central Minnesota--including the St. Cloud area--could see up to two inches of snow accumulation by tomorrow night.
There's a Winter Weather Advisory posted for western Minnesota tomorrow. That includes the cities of Morris, Glenwood, Benson, Montevideo and Granite Falls. They could see freezing rain followed by up to three inches of snow.
Drier and cooler conditions will prevail from Sunday into early next week.
