FOLEY, Minn. (KNSI) - The Foley Police Department is holding a public meeting on a Level 3 sex offender.

Officials say Joshua Ross began working in Foley on June 10th.

He has a history of engaging in sexual behavior with male and female children between the ages of 4 and 10, and police say Ross was known to his victims.

Ross has served his sentence and is not wanted by authorities. More will be released during a community notification meeting on July 9th at Foley City Hall.
