FREEPORT, MN (KNSI) - A Freeport flour mill that burned down last December is being re-built.
Gary Thelen and his wife were granted a building permit last month to re-build the Swany White Flour Mill, which has been in the Thelen family since 1903.
Building is underway at the original site. The old flour mill produced 750-thousand pounds of flour a year.
