ST. PAUL, MN (KNSI) - Governor Dayton has ordered all U.S. and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff today in honor and remembrance of Marine Corporal Taylor Baune who died June 13th while carrying out combat operations in Afghanistan.

Baune was a 2009 graduate of Andover High School, and is the grandson of John and Carolyn Baune of St. Cloud.

Baune was deployed in March. He was 21 years old, and leaves behind a wife, who he married earlier this year.
