Home destroyed in St. George Township

ST. GEORGE TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KNSI) - The Foley and Sauk Rapids fire departments were busy battling a house fire in St. George Township earlier this afternoon.
The fire was reported around 1:30 p.m. at 1720 Primrose Road.
The home, as well as an attached garage, were a total loss.
Sauk Rapids Fire Chief Tony Hommerding tells KNSI efforts to fight the blaze included two trucks from the Sauk Rapids Fire Department.
No one was home or injured in the fire.
