Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton was paying his visit Thursday to the giant farming exhibition in southern Minnesota. He was planning to give a midday speech to the assembled farmers.

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Mike McFadden was also stopping by the event just outside of Redwood Falls.
