Dayton to deliver State of the State

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KNSI) A busy day ahead for Governor Mark Dayton.
The governor will speak at the Bemidji Day event at the State Capitol this morning.
Over the noon hour, he speaks at the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities Legislative Action Day in St. Paul.
Then tonight, Dayton delivers his third State of the State address since being elected governor. He'll do that at 7 pm at the Capitol before a joint session of the House and Senate.
