Cubs sign Baker

CHICAGO, Ill. (KNSI) The Chicago Cubs have announced they've signed former Twins pitcher Scott Baker to a one year contract.
The 31 year-old Baker has pitched all or parts of seven seasons in Minnesota. He missed the entire 2012 season after undergoing Tommy John ligament replacement surgery on his pitching arm.
Baker had a 63-48 record for the Twins, with a 4.15 earned run average.
