ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - St. Cloud police officers arrested a St. Cloud man after he allegedly threatened two trespassers with a loaded BB gun. 

Early Saturday morning, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of 12th Avenue South for a report of trespassing, according to the police report. 

 

Upon arrival, police found that George William Rogers was in possession of a loaded BB gun and had threatened the trespassers on the sidewalk.

 

Rogers was placed under arrest and transported to Stearns County Jail on one count of making terroristic threats with a replica firearm. The trespassers were given citations for underage alcohol consumption.

 

Rogers reportedly told the officers that he was protecting himself and his property.
