ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The College of St. Benedict and St. John's University have announced their spring commencement speakers.

Denise DeVaan will deliver the keynote address at the 98th annual commencement ceremony at the College of St. Benedict on May 11th. DeVaan is a senior consultant with ICF International.

The commencement ceremony will kick off the centennial celebration at St. Bens. This year's graduating class includes 514 women.

The retiring president of the University of St. Thomas--the Reverend Dennis Dease--will deliver the St. John's commencement address on May 12th. Dease will receive an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree.

Dease is the 14th president at St. Thomas, and will retire on June 30th.

This year's graduating class at St. John's includes 409 undergraduate men and two theology-seminary graduates.
