City Holding Meeting on Sex Offender

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Another community meeting set regarding a level three sex offender who has moved to St. Cloud.
The St. Cloud Police Department and the MN Department of Corrections are holding the Community Notification Meeting. It's to inform the public that Dagan Lasart has listed his address as "homeless," but is in St. Cloud.
The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers on February 21st at 5:00 p.m, and will be broadcast on Channel 19.
According to a police report, Lasart engaged in sexual contact with an adult female victim he was not acquainted with after entering her residence with force and use of a weapon.
He was released from prison in November.
