ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A Walker man has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of another man in Rockville last weekend.

Twenty eight year-old Marcus Barshaw is accused of shooting 30 year-old Jeffrey Schutz in an alley behind Schutz's home Sunday morning.

A court complaint says Schutz was shot six times after getting into an argument with Barshaw.

A Stearns County deputy shot Barshaw three times that same morning after Barshaw refused to drop weapons he was carrying.

Barshaw was critically injured. He was first hospitalized in St. Cloud, and then was transferred to Hennepin County Medical Center.
