Charges Dropped In Alleged Knife Assault

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - Prosecutors have dropped assault and terroristic threat charges against a man accused of pulling a knife on two people near the St. Cloud Public Library in June.
Fourty six year-old Jay Eric Peterson was charged with two counts each of second-degree assault and terroristic threats.
A 32 year-old man and 20 year-old woman told police Peterson threatened them with a knife on June 17th.
