WAITE PARK, MN (KNSI) - Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire that damaged Independent Testing Technologies in Waite Park.
The fire broke out just after 1 p.m. Thursday in the northwest corner of the building. Xcel Energy crews were called in to cut power to the building. Fire departments from Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Cloud, Sartell and Sauk Rapids knocked down the fire.
There were no injuries.
Waite Park Fire Chief Gary Curtis says they brought in extra crews and rotated them to avoid heat exhaustion.
