ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) KNSI News has learned an arrest has been made in a series of robberies along the Interstate 94 corridor between St. Cloud and the Twin Cities.

Maple Grove Police Captain Keith Terlinden says a suspect was arrested last night by Maple Grove police, Sauk Rapids police, Big Lake police, the Central Minnesota Violent Task Force, Sartell police, Stearns County sheriff, Anoka-Hennepin Drug Task Force and the Wright County Sheriff's Office.

Terlinden would not identify the suspect by name, but sources tell KNSI News he is 34 year-old Douglas Gravelle Junior of Sartell.

Gravelle was sentenced to 30 days in jail for robbing a Sartell gas station in Feburary 2012. Gravelle is currently being held in the Wright County Jail He was booked into jail early this morning.
