ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Big weather changes will arrive by midweek in central Minnesota.
An arctic cold front is forecast to sweep across the region Wednesday, ushering in the coldest air of the season. By late in the week, highs will struggle to warm into the single digits and teens. Overnight lows are expected to range in the single digits and teens below zero.
Before then, exect some light snow Monday into Monday night. Heavier accumulations of several inches are expected across central and northern Minnesota Tuesday into Wednesday.
