ST. PAUL, Minn. (KNSI) Minnesota's housing market is expected to improve this spring after a snowy, cold winter.
Closed and pending sales were both down in March.
Chris Galler of the Minnesota Association of Realtors says the median sales price increased five-point-three percent last month and gains have been consistent since February 2012.
Galler says we made up a lot of the ground that we lost since the housing bubble in 2008.
New listings were up three-and-a-half percent in March as ten-thousand homes went up for sale.
