FOLEY, Minn. (KNSI) - All predatory offenders in rural Benton County are in compliance with Minnesota law.
The first round of checks for 2013 has just wrapped up.
The Benton County Sheriff's office performs two compliance checks each year on offenders living in the unincorporated parts of the area.
During this process, the office makes in-person contact with each offender to make sure they're in compliance with predatory offender registration laws.
During the checks, the office made contact with all 32 offenders, who were all in good standing.
