ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The man charged in a Rockville murder last October was back in court Monday.
Twenty eight year-old Marcus Barshaw requested a jury trial. He's accused of shooting Jeffrey Schutz multiple times after the two got into an argument at Schutz's home.
After the shooting, Barshaw fled to a neighboring apartment building where he was later shot by a Stearns Count deputy.
He's been indicted by a Stearns County jury on charges of second-degree murder, first -degree assault and second-degree assault. Barshaw is due back in court in late August. He had previously indicated he would argument a defense of involuntary intoxication.
