Bail Set for Waite Park Rape Suspects

WAITE PARK, MN (KNSI) - Bail has been set at $300,000 dollars each for two St. Cloud-area men charged with raping a woman in Waite Park.

Thirty two year-old Enamidem Okon and 25 year-old Chukwudi Jideofor are charged with two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court complaints indicate a woman told police she got a ride from the two defendants July 15th to a Waite Park apartment. She told police they were sitting on a bed in a bedroom when both men pulled her onto the bed, put a pillow over her face and raped her.

Jideofor told police the sex was consensual. Okor denied having sexual contact with the woman.
