WAITE PARK, Minn. (KNSI) Rejuv Medical held a ribbon-cutting Thursday on its new $5 million, 26,000 square foot building in Waite Park.
The new headquarters combines Rejuv's two previous locations, and is located at the corner of 10th Avenue and Third Street North.
Medical director Doctor Joel Baumgartner says their model is one that focuses on healthy eating and daily exercise, along with non-surgical orthopedic care.
The building has spacious workout areas, as well as rooms for massage treatments and physical therapy.
Waite Park Mayor Rick Miller attended Thursday's ribbon cutting. He says the location where Rejuv built is former railroad property that has sat empty for 20 years. He says he's pleased that the, "right person was found to buy it."
Rejuv Medical employs 38 people at their new facility. Baumgartner is proud to point out that their clients include two Olympians--hockey player Anne Schleper and BMX racer Alise Post.
