ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) It looks like the St. Cloud area will see its first snowfall of the season this weekend.

National Weather Service Meteorologist Chris Franks in Chanhassen says the best chance for snow will be Sunday night into Monday, when cold showers will transition to snow. He says it's possible there could be some accumulations on grassy surfaces.

Temperatures will be cold. Franks says over the next 10 to 14 days, temperatures look "well below normal." Early next week, temperatures may struggle to reach 40 degrees.

The normal high for St. Cloud for today is 56, with a normal low of 35.
